My classes are designed to help you improve your flexibility, mobility, posture, strength, and fitness through tailored, low impact movements. Some classes will be high intensity, others low, depending on your personal goals, lifestyle demands, and individual abilities.

Movement is also an integral piece of mental and emotional wellbeing. It improves how the brain functions, mood, sleep quality, energy regulation, and self-esteem. I am a strong advocate for both dedicated and incidental physical activity to support our overall wellbeing and keep us doing what we love for many years!

Classes are online or in person. Join in to any of my scheduled classes or book in a private with me (I’m available for one on one, or in groups). For those wanting to take a private online class, we can meet via Zoom, Skype, or your preferred video communications platform.

HIIT Pilates

HIIT Pilates is a high intensity, low impact, interval workout using Pilates principles. It is designed to improve fitness, sculpt and tone your entire body, improve flexibility, strengthen the core and glutes, and burn fat. You get these benefits without the pounding you would typically expect in a high impact workout. It’s healthy and safe for the bones, muscles and joints. You will quickly feel and see the difference in your body with consistent practice!

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced yoga class where the postures are held longer – anywhere from 3 minutes or more. Taking our time, we explore the deeper layers of internal tension, stretching and releasing stiff connective tissues. Doing this improves oxygen, blood, and energy circulation.

We live in a society where pushing, reaching, striving, and proving ourselves is the norm. Yin Yoga is an ideal practice to complement hectic lifestyles, active training regimes, and overwhelmed minds. With Yin, there is nothing to prove but everything to gain.

Bikram Yoga

Bikram Yoga, the “Original Hot Yoga”, is a series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises practised in a specific sequence. The lineage of this set practice originates from Ghosh’s Yoga College of India.

It is a powerful and dynamic practice, systematically working through the entire body, with each posture building on the next. It was developed to help maintain health and youth – with regular practice, practitioners improve their balance, strength, mobility, flexibility, detoxification, energy flow, concentration, determination, self-control and patience.

Bikram Yoga is designed to be taught in a heated environment so as to receive maximum benefit. For this reason, I teach the class regularly at Yoga Bikram Paris. To join myself or any one of the other wonderful teachers in-studio, you can book-in directly by clicking here.
